Happy Earth Day! Instead of talking about plastic and the climate for two second I wanted to take some time to highlight something we rarely hear about even though it’s been well studied, Environmental Racism and Environmental Justice. From instances like Flint to the stealing of lands that don’t belong to us for the purpose of capitalist greed, to the correlation of economic standpoint and the distance from a chemical plant or toxic pig farm.
