MONDAY MANTRA: I give thanks that everyday and in every way my inner and outer landscape grows richer and richer. ❤️❤️ ☀️ It is quite amazing the wealth of knowledge available to us right now through free access to podcasts, books and teachers all over the world. With all these inner and outer tools, now is also the best time ever to own who you really are (don't play let's pretend we forgot, you know exactly what lights you up) while making the things you want to happen. ☀️ It's Monday, and I must confess I'm NOT an A type personality, this go go getter kind of #entrepreneurship is backwards, it leaves most business owners with a wealth of success in their work but their health and mental wellbeing are usually not well. ☀️ Being a #newdad the approach that I naturally take is slower and one that takes it one INSPIRED baby step at a time, through daily practices and rituals I work to align myself to the flow of life and magnetize opportunities along our path. ☀️This week, I'm focusing on drawing my attention inwards vs constantly looking outwards like FB & IG would love for us all to do all the time, im totally guilty of being stuck on my phone on IG stories way too long, must stop the madness!! Lol 😂 This week, I'm committing creating and bringing something entirely NEW to life, which is writing out a draft of the first few chapters of a book that is writing itself into my awareness. I can't wait to share it with you all this week. I've had my fair share of ups and downs in life and for every time the ship sank, there was an awakening, I did things differently and more aligned with my hearts calling. Each time I was broken open, I opened up even more to compassion, and boy oh boy, did I have to come up with some new and innovative ways to live my life. On the surface I feel really heavy hearted about the election that just happened, however deep down I know that this is almost necessary for our human family to wake up, this will mother innovation in so many ways, we will see more people standing up for what's right than ever before, because well, we have no other choice, that's how we seem to work, we rise to the occasion, I wish it didn't have to come to this, but it has and reality says, do the work, your work is more important now than ever. Be a connector, join hands, share your gifts and stand tall. We are in this together. One human family. Be strong, be kind, be compassionate, and wake up! #nodapl #togetherwebloom #itstimetobloom

We are as surprised as anyone about the results of the election last night. I felt deeply last night about humanity in a way that I haven't in recent memory, my heart ached, I couldn't sleep, I cried, i felt anxiety like I haven't experienced in many moons. What this is perfect for is that, it woke up a part of me that was dormant, it woke me up even more to the fact that the work that we are all doing is even more important now. Yogis, families, communities, now it is time to LIGHT up @itstimetobloom realize that what you do is more important now than EVER before. What we need now is people even more focused on bringing their light to the world in a bigger way, every single day. It's a wake up call, and it's an incredible opportunity to be here for one another, to rise for and stand for humanity. Let's choose kindness in the face of this uncertainty, leadership in the face of change, love in the face of hate, action where there was stagnation, joy more often, support more often. What you do matters, you matter and now more than ever, be courageous, be bold and constantly work towards aligning your entire life to what lights you up.
