hm, I use thayer's rose petal witch hazel toner all over my face/ sometimes to remove extra eye makeup and it's never irritated my skin, and I have pretty sensitive skin
The problem with stinging is my actual eyes. I mean, obviously I know you’re supposed to try not to get it in your eye but even when I don’t use a lot and try to keep it to just the lid a lot of removers sting like crazy. The Marcelle is honestly the first one I’ve used that doesn’t.
