~Well I had a pretty good childhood, I mainly spent time with my dad’s parents because my mother was so busy working they would pick me and my brother up after school. We would then stay there till my mother took us back to London after work where she made us dinner and listened to the radio before setting us up for bed. I always played with my brother and was a tomboy, my grandfather would take Harrison and I out to shoot occasionally but we couldn’t tell my mother or grandmother. They surely would disapprove of it since I was a little girl. When I just hung out with my brother he taught me how to fight so I can protect myself little did he know that I could easily beat all his friends. Whenever I was with his friends I would pretend I was a boy for the most part I would go by Peter sometimes. My brother would play along because some of his friends didn’t like playing with girls but that was a very few handful of them. He didn’t see me any different because I was a girl and many of his friends were the same. On holidays my family would go down to see my father’s brother in Egypt or he would visit us, that was always so much fun. He had so much to tell us from his digs. When my grandparents died my mother worried that I was to tomboyish and sent me to a finishing school for girls. That is where I spent the rest of my childhood but I came back for vacations of course. That is a short but sweet explanation of my childhood though I could go on forever explaining every last detail.

It was just another day for Kate Bishop. The sky was blue, the birds were singing, the cars whizzed by on the busy street outside, and she was standing there in the middle of the small electronics shop, with her bow strung tight, aimed at two men who she happened to stumble across while they were holding the clerk at gunpoint. The rest went by pretty quickly and easily. One gunshot fired, but no one was hurt, and with little struggle and no shot arrows, she managed to get the fumbling criminals into the back of a police car. However, in the short struggle, she managed to land an accidental shoulder in the face of a bystander. She hit their shoulder. Or Maybe their nose? Eye possibly? She really was a bit too preoccupied to notice at the time, but she figured, a Hero should go back and apologize, and so once everything was settled, she turned back to face the person who’s face she had landed a clean blow no more than a minute earlier. “Hey, uh, sorry about that. You okay?”
