He stood before the....thing, not rightly knowing who or what they were. They had appeared before him so suddenly with no warning, that for a moment John thought he’d gone completely mad. He still wasn’t sure whether he had gone crazy. “What are you?” There had to be a reasonable explanation for this, something that didn’t go against everything he believed in.

“You’d be suprised how often i hear that in a week , Mate.” He shrugged and then took another sip of his drink. “ So..what is it you really want to say with it...you know do you actually mean it or are you taking the piss?”

“What?” Jack’s hands naturally reached up, combing through his hair as he shook his head. After about thirty seconds of this, he stopped, smiling a little shyly at Rowena. “Did I get it?”

       “A demon gave it to me.” Sam shrugged and tucked the blade back into his coat, not bothering to elaborate any further, it wasn’t as if he owed the other an explanation. “It kills, well, it kills anyone like you.”
