So many people relate to a post about •Bullying •self harm •depression •anxiety

shot in the chest

in a darkened stairwell,

elevator took too long.

  shot in the back with his hands up

in the street,

  “don’t shoot, don’t shoot.”

  Not all death is created equal.

Some of it,

we give away for free

or for little

reason/provocation

    Choked until heart attack

under suspicion

of untaxed cigarettes,

  “don’t touch me please”

   and

  “I can’t breathe.”

  Nine shots

ring out,

rattling the streetcar

  “drop the knife,

if you take one more step,

you’ll fucking die.”

  There is a list that keeps on growing

while we’re shitting into the void
