it’s a clock!
how i made my diy midnights desk clock
- ordered a retro desk clock from amazon because i was looking for the little wooden vibe (most clocks will be possible to do this with)
- unscrew the back of the clock & remove the top button so you can push the clock face out
- remove the glass pane so you can access the clock face
- remove the clock hands (it’s okay to just pull them out, they will go back in!)
- edit together/download a clock face with the midnights covers and print it off in high quality at the size of the clock face you need.
- cut out the new clock face and fix it down with glue (you may need to cut out a little hole in the centre for the hands to go through)
- put the hands back on the clock & put the glass and the clock face back inside the body of the desk clock. then put the button and all the screws back in.
i wanted to take a piece of Midnights into work, so I turned this Amazon clock into a DIY Midnights desk clock!! 🕰️✨ #swifttok #swiftie #fyp
