I haven’t seen a lot of speculation about it, and I certainly can’t point you to particular posts off the top of my head... But I know that there has been some theorizing that maybe the house is called Sherrinford. There’s definitely also been speculation that maybe it’s Mycroft’s home or the Holmes brothers’ childhood home (not the one their parents live in now). That’s most of what I’ve seen so far, I think, but again, I haven’t seen a lot...

Hmm... You’re safe spoiler-wise but I think that in order to fully appreciate the Miller and Muss vibe you probably need to watch through episode 6 or even 7, really. But 6 is absolutely critical to understanding them. (And can I see that ARGGHGHGHGHGHHGHG THAT SCENE IN EPISODE 6 WILL MURDER YOU. Although the one in 7 may be worse in terms of exquisite pain and torment of the soul. Just ask @starrynight-over-thepast or @katherinebodine.)
