Something that I love so much about this new part of my life I started 3 months ago is that my biggest little now gets to be a part of it. And what is better than being a good example for your oldest who will then help model that for your youngest?! This kiddo loves watching me AND joining in on my workouts, but more importantly, he is now so much more aware, on his own, about what he is putting in his body! "Mom, that has too much sugar and will hurt my belly." "Mom, that doesn't look healthy to me." "Mom, I want more fruit." "Mom, can I have my shake now?" All the yes' to every single one of those because his little body needs proper fuel for all his activities, like a soccer game this morning! I love how, added with all my EO vitamins, this delicious drink makes me feel full, but not weighed down, and my body can use it as good energy to get through my early, long and busy days with 2 littles who are constantly needing mama.
