I've been wondering. In itbeyitwu, there's a moment in John's POV where he describes that Dave has super strength but always forgot to mention it in the books before. It would make sense because it would be part of Dave's monster identity, which he is insecure about, so he'd have a good reason to hide it. But we also know that John's POVs are 90% bullshit.

So does Dave actually have super strength, or is John bullshitting?

last night i had a dream that my copy of itbeyiwu kept like. multiplying into different versions. like it became jdate 5 and 6 but both were still neo green and titled things like “why you’re in the wrong universe” and “what to do if you’re in the wrong universe”. i only was able to read the summary of book 5 and dave was mentioned for like a single sentence before it kept talking about some dudes named eric and jacob. i was on the phone with my friend and just getting really confused as to why tf this was happening and why i didn’t remember these books being published, also trying to read the smaller chunk of summary at the bottom hoping it somehow mentioned the main trio but i didn’t get to before waking up. also there was a itbeyitwu movie but it was a bit more in line with wthdijr and for some reason x-men dofp charles xavier and erik lehnsherr were there
