Found this XKCD today. It is so true. Mind you, for months now I am doing the IT support in my company because nobody else wanted to do it and I am actually good at it - because I have the patience of a saint when it comes to this.
I kid you not: I have no idea how half the programs I do support for work. But most of the times the issues are so obvious, that I don't need to. ("How do I upload this?" - "Have you logged into the database?" - "... Oh.")
