#JackedKirby - Saturday Nights Are Good For Fightinโ... ๐๐ป๐๐พ๐๐ป๐๐พ Cap and The Falcon kicked plenty of tail in their many adventures together through the years, but there is something special about the pair and the beefs they had during Jackโs run on Cap in 75-76 when he returned to Marvel! ๐๐พ๐๐ป๐๐พ๐๐ป This amazing double splash comes from #Issue195 which was published in March of 1976. It follows a vertical splash (only Jack could do that kind of stuff!) and features Cap and Falcon busting into the โNew Societyโ fortress out of the labor pool with all the prisoners!!! They come bursting through the wall as only Jack could portray them... full of power and energy, blowing the wall apart as they infiltrate the room!!! ๐๐พ๐๐ป๐๐พ๐๐ป Cap and Falcon are springing into action... Falcon especially. Look at his flying double fist... awesome! Cap is busting through the wall with his mighty shield... and it looks like they are gonna have some help from the labor camp prisoners! ๐๐ป๐๐พ๐๐ป๐๐พ Some people deride Kirbyโs art as โwonkyโ or โnot his best Cap stuffโ on this run in the 70s, but i couldnโt disagree more. I think it looks awesome in its own unique style!!! Gotta love some Kirby action....
