Hi everyone, would like to extend my apologies for my inactivity despite asking for requests! They are coming, I promise! Currently my state is in lockdown, however, as I am an essential worker, I have been working full time hours even though I am not contracted to it! On top of this, I have a full uni schedule and on top of that, stress about the current pandemic and personal issues. Recently, I got my first covid vax and it made me sick, ironically, just as I planned to crack into these requests

Current summer mood
5-31-20 Cartoon: I assume we’re just a few months away from the next baby boom.
I’ve been pretty happy today. Spending time doing things that feed me (figuratively, but literally as well; I made chili for dinner and there’s apple crisp in the oven for dessert. But also dance and indulging my Etsy addiction).
And then “everythingoes” starts playing and it’s ugly-crying at the drop of a hat.
I don’t think isolation life has been good for the grieving process. I think it’s a grieving process of its own.

Dance is a universal language. Case in point: I can understand about 2 dozen words in Korean. That’s all. But a dance tutorial that’s entirely in Korean (and the English subtitles are entirely useless) is the easiest one for me to follow. Choreographers use “bap bap baaa” to mark counts as often as numbers anyway so it’s more watch-and-count-and-do than listen. At any rate, it’s fun!
Put makeup on for the first time in over a month
NBD and DEFINITELY not pretty, but I just kinda stopped in my tracks when I walked by the big mirror. I’m liking my lines lately. Work paying off and things. Also liking how I look ready to work today. Light still hurts my eyes but this is much improved over the last few days.
