About the new characters, how did they established the whole 'Eye of the moon' club?

Oh—HI SILASSS :D

The EOTM Club was created by Jenny when she was still at grade 12. She's always been the curious kind of girl, so naturally, she wants to also know about the history of the school itself. She tried to get it to be approved by the administrative staff, but wasn't approved. So! She took it all with her own hands and has secretly been trying to recruit members.

Jenny would try to find any students who are interested about history, legends, etc. Then she'd make a riddle/puzzle to check if that student is clever enough to know the answer— if they got it right, Jenny brings the student to the club and can choose to be a EOTM member or 'Moongazer'! But if not, well, better luck next time TvT

The rules are simple in the club: study and try to figure out the whole past of MU (making theories, collecting old data, etc) & try not to get caught by the school staff. So yes, it's a secret club.

Jenny first recruited Isiah, then Enir. The three has been the only club members for quite some time, Nova actually tried to get into the club- but wasn't able to get the riddle right... And now, Kyle & Seiki have probably became members as well.
