Ysolda made a pact with a fae to get druidic powers, in exchange for a child. Deciding to take the faster route, she wanted to have the fae’s baby so he could have his own flesh and blood child instead of a random human kid. Her heart grew fond, and once she found out she had gotten pregnant, she felt sad, thinking perhaps the fae would no longer be interested in her since his job was done.... but it turned out the fae got MORE into her. It was... a pleasant surprise on a cold winter evening ^^

A Deal’s a Deal.

I have accidentally made THE most aesthetically pleasing family. We got momma Ysolda, my human circle of dreams druid, Papa Ishmaril, a fae, and baby boy Yorah who might not be a baby at all anymore. Here he’s supposed to be 15, but I don’t know how half-fae work, and I don’t know how planar time nonsense works between the material plane and the feywild. For all I know he could be 10, or he could be 25.
