We're back in Temecula for spartanrace and it's another great weekend! Our pal, eliteathleteisaiahvidal was back on the podium (again!) and we are so proud. It was also thrilling to see the team from Operation Enduring Freedom.

We attended our first Spartan Race this past weekend and it was a massive success! The event was in Malibu and we had a blast meeting and buffing so many of the athletes. This video shows our pal, top Boston based trainer Chi Bang, buffing Spartan Pro athlete Isaiah Vidal who finished FIRST in the Elite Race on Sunday. Listen to what Isaiah says..."You want to be Number One? You've got to learn how to recover."

Took 2nd place in the Spartan Race Mexico Hipodroma Stadium Race, then headed down to Villahermosa, Tabasco with the Old Man. Experiencing the struggles of my dad's daily life for a couple days was difficult, but I was able to spend great minutes, hours and 2 1/2 days worth of laughs, seeing where my dad was born and the surrounding areas in which he experienced 30+ years ago, was worth the memories that I will never forget. Sometimes people just don't understand what its like to not see your Dad everyday here in the states, alot of people have theirs hours to even minutes away and don't take advantage of it . Its a true gift though to see him smile like once before, as I visit him. I have to thank God so much for allowing me to have many more moments, days with my Old Man and for that I'm truly blessed! #isaiahvidal #Spartandad #Spartanracemexico #palenque #spendingtimewiththeoldman
