I have a huge skin picking problem.
like, my upper arms are covered in scars from picking at them all the time, and if someone tells me to stop, I start biting my nails or picking at my hands. It’s ever worse in shorts since I’ll pick at my legs then. I know it hurts, but it kinda feels good at times. Ik it’s bad for me, I try to stop but I end up doing it without thinking again. My arms, hands, and face all have scars or indents from picking.
