the landlord has had some guys in the basement doing some kind of repairs (i think on the furnace?) for the past 4 hours and i can clearly hear what they're doing through the vents

i love riverdale because the only consistent thing about them is the way they tease things that won't matter (or even happen) while pretending the actual plot isn't predictable af

imagine being connected to someone by a handprint seared into your skin and never having a conversation in which both parties define the relationship (as either platonic or romantic, whatever) - and expect it to be read as straight???
