Your ask is the type that always makes me think of this quote by the well-known out South Korean celebrity Hong Seok-cheon.

Why I refer to this quote is because JK like Namjoon states is being careful and using formal speech (hence Hobi's reaction probably because he's seen JK speak differently to Tae) when referring to Tae using honorifics whenever he talks to fans or is in formal situations, like concerts or official events/interviews. I think switching between Tae-hyeong and V-hyeong is natural to him after years of practice.

Also in Korea, it's important to stress that many gay couples in public use hyeong/hyung (형) to address their older partners.

It should also be noted that JK has become more relaxed about addressing other members more informally over the years but with Tae he's been a lot more consistent, which I find odd.

We've seen Tae and Jimin in much more compromising and intimate situations with each other so I'm not really sure what this anon is getting at? Jimin is clingy with everyone and that pic of jikook is nothing crazy. They're all close friends so this type of behaviour is nothing new nor is it unusual. Some people just live to pick apart everything taekook do.

I did find it odd that jk felt the separation more this time, he's a grown man capable of handling these things and knowing how their job works and how the different schedule are expected from time to time, hell they went through more than this in solo era. So was it that maybe he gets ansty like this whenever they get separated but we just never witnessed it ? or its been a while since they had different schedules so he's not that much used to it now ? what im leaning more towards is the possibility of him developing separation anxiety because of what they went through during military...Joon did say jk was the one having it rough the most and the one who cried the most...anyway this is all speculation on my part, but like I said, I just find it odd he felt the absence and showed it more this time. What do you think ?

I think you've highlighted a lot of things that are certainly very odd (for someone who is to non-believers believed to be straight), and he seems to be pining Tae in a way.

I think this time is interesting for several reasons...

They (TK) are certainly more open than they were the last time they were on tour for a long period.

Them being on tour means they're spending shitloads of time together, probably 24/7. And spending that much time together means that separation can feel tougher than usual.

Another factor, in the past (pre-2020) if seperated from Tae, he wouldn't have done this kind of live before, so this is certainly new territory for us. Note: JK did do lives when Tae was with his friends but that certainly wasn't when he was on tour.

I think if Tae had left in the morning after the concert, he wouldn't have gone live. Why? He would have been able to spend time with Tae straight after the concert and Tae most likely helps JK wind down after a big performance. I think this is important considering that JK is ADHD and he is most likely incredibly restless after each show, and we've seen Tae be able to calm him with a touch or a look when mildly hyper. So JK has to release that energy in some way and I think JK sometimes does that by going live. I also wouldn't be surprised to discover whenever JK has gone live in the last few years, he's been with Tae just prior and he's still hyper when Tae has had to go.

Holy shit. Holy shit. I can't remember the last time I read smut in this high quality. I seriously don't even know where I should begin. The dialogue and banter are genuinely funny and interesting (maybe a bit hard to keep up with at times, but hey, researchers are a bit pretentious like that), and the whole psychology angle with the debate about obedience isn't there just for them to sound smart (lol), it becomes the entire framework for everything once they start fucking, and it's just delicious. The kink just feels like a continuation of the conflict and it works saurrr good. This is like, more than just good smut, it feels more like a really well-written rivals-to-lovers argument that just so happens to explode into fantastic fucking sex. The aftercare is also something that makes it all much more believable, it's treated as something substantial and not as an afterthought. The attention to detail in every line of dialogue and every action from the author is just so evident that you just get sucked in. This is one author I'll honestly be keeping an eye on for future works.
