Chapter 1: The Beginning Is Not the Same:

His habitual post-coital cigarette is not nearly as enjoyable as it usually is after his latest romp with a big tipper but what can he do. At least shehad a good time. Porsche is still in the stock room behind Hum. He’s staying here as long as he possibly can before Yok shows up to drag him back to work again. It’s at the very least a semi-enjoyable interlude in a long night and Porsche thinks maybe he’ll be able to sleep later. That would be rally nice. It’s been a while since he had uninterrupted sleep.

Porsche watches as the smoke rise in slow bands up through the green tint of the lights trying his very best to not think about anything at all. Sometimes that is the only way to get through the day. A commotion behind the door to the alley disturbs him and Porsche startles as a man in a very expensive maroon suit, that Porsche is one hundred percent certain is tailored to him specifically, comes barreling in through the door from the alleyway. The man is quickly followed by some very rough types of the sort Porsche sees fairly often in the circles he frequents these days as much as he would like to be anywhere else. He sighs. This is not what Porsche needed tonight that’s for sure. The possibility of a good nights sleep is moving further away every second this is happening. Porsche debates for a second wether or not he should just leave them to it but the goons are quickly blocking the door and there’s no way out.

“Help me!” The man exclaims, breathless and horse in the stress of the moment. He looks wild with his hair escaping it’s styling and sweat gathering at his temples. He is disturbingly attractive like this.

Porsche blinks at the man. That wasn’t even a question. Just a demand. Oh, fuck it. This guy probably has money. Lots and lots of money by the looks of things. It’s not like Porsche can’t use the extra cash. Who the fuck knows what Arthee has been up to lately. He’s been suspiciously quiet the last month or so and that usually precedes a new collapse of their collective finances and a new claim on their home Porsche will have to take care of. Lord knows his uncle won’t ever do anything to help them himself.

“50.000.” Porsche is willing to negotiate but by the look of the goons coming after the man they are short on time.

“Deal!” The man agrees immediately, proving that Porsche was right about his deductions about the man and his financial situation. Porsche really should have asked for more.
