follow-up to this excellent post by @cementcornfield in which she talks about joe giving the game ball from their 2020 national championship game to ja'marr.
this clip is from the official game broadcast in which joe throws the game ball to somebody off-screen:
and here is a second (much, MUCH shittier) perspective on the entire thing, where you can see that he's throwing it to ja'marr:

a few minutes later, this time on the official broadcast, the camera pans to ja'marr who is clutching the game ball in his arms:
and that's him still carrying it around during post-game interviews:
there's also that one video of ja'marr bragging about """stealing""" the ball from joe on insta live, i think? but i couldn't find it sooooo....... but it does exist i swear
then obviously here's that quote by joe's dad confirming the whole story once again (+ interview):
ALSOOO all of this is made so much funnier by joe's post-game interview in which he's still desperately clutching the ball. and when interviewer asks him about it ("i see you haven't put the ball down"), joe looks at it all Fond and Serious and then nods empathically because what a stupid question, really, OBVIOUSLY he's gonna keep that thing forever and ever. LITTLE DOES HE KNOW.):
