I was wondering why I’ve been so irritable and low energy and then I realised oh yeah it’s winter. The sun no longer watches over us all day and without her I am lonely. I’m already on antidepressants and they’re working great because I don’t cry every day and don’t wanna kill myself anymore but also I’m probably gonna have to start taking vitamin d supplements and maybe making the effort to go outside when it’s nice out. Taking care of yourself is hard man why is it that the more care yog need the less energy you have to do it
