Tonight I had two dreams. The first being about how I had really taken to the idea that I wanted to attend a concert and a water park and took hours getting there and ended up falling asleep and the gate with a friend. So we had snuck inside and turned on the water and rode the rides until we were caught and questioned. The second dream was a nightmare. I dreamt of a home, a typical suburban home with a father, two sisters, a son, but no wife. It was dark and things took a turn for the worst. The sky turned crimson and the world had twisted. I was the son in the dream running away from the corpses of his family. The youngest girl was the one who caught me. Her face was removed and re-attached with wire, her eyes were seen open and she had a grin only the devil could wear. She grabbed me by the arm and pulled me in close to tear off my ear with her teeth. She told me that there was no escape from this. Then she told me her name it was Alica. I was shaking uncontrollably.

I started a sprint training plan Monday. I should have time to do this and do an oly plan before then! 

The pilgrimage of swole continues, and the iron lust burns still. Chasing plates, and gobbling tin obsesses me, an addiction I don’t want to shake! Thrilling the iron gods is a pursuit and passion that one must savour, and how this pain delivers so much swollen pleasure… But now I have another light, a holy halo that shines ever so bright.. She’s my Lycra Goddess that drives out one last rep- Anaemia! Anaemia! The goddess of pump! I bow and prey to your sultry shape. You fill my iron dreams, where the casein sits heavy, your vision eases so much pain. Oh Anaemia, if only I knew your name, for I would thank you to eternity for giving me one more reason to train
