The thing that irks me about irlmerch is that nothing is ever THEIR mistake. Cards didn't get randomized? It's the warehouse not following directions! They sent the wrong form email for the second time? That's just an auto response for the ticket! They missed the email where I sent the photos they asked for? They are simply getting too many emails at once they can't possibly keep track! Clearly I am the idiot for getting upset about any of this because they have outsourced everything to incompetent people, which is Not Their Fault somehow.
