DEAD: Jaguar XJ 💀 ______________________________________ [5/30/19] The big full size Jag XJ is finally dying as production is slated to end in July! The model is super slow selling and depreciates like a tank but it’s too iconic for Jaguar to be permanently killed off. The current generation has been on sale for around 10 years already too with a recent facelift in 2015 and that crazy XJR575 model pictured above. Somehow around 120,000 have been sold in this 10 year lifespan of the current generation! But don’t worry the XJ name isn’t going anywhere! The next XJ is set to be unveiled in 2020 and will be fully electric with a radical styling aimed at the Taycan/ E-Tron GT/ Model S/ and next S Class & EQS! 🔥 @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The last most insane XJ was the XJR575 which packed a 5.0L Supercharged V8 making 575HP and 517 lb-ft of torque! It could do 0-60 in 4.2sec and was able to get to 186MPH in 44sec, not bad for a tank that weighs around 4,400lbs! 🔥 Jag is saying this next gen XJ will be bigger and more luxurious with modern Tech likely out of the i-Pace!
