For every election since moving to Bishop, I've voted in person. I remember Mr. Beglinger, my 8th grade civics teacher, describing how he was always first in line, often got asked to inspect the ballot box at his precinct voting location (usually someone's garage), and how proud he was to be able to vote. So, I often did the same. I was often one of the first in line at my precinct location, and am *always* proud to vote. For the first time in my life, I've voted by mail/absentee. It was easy, it was safe, and I used one of the several drop boxes in Inyo County. My ballot has been received, and will be counted, thanks to our hardworking civil servants and volunteers @inyoelections . Anyone in California can track their ballot at wheresmyballot.sos.ca.gov and be SURE their vote counts! #vote2020 #inyoelections #yourvotecounts (at Bishop, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CGKEa5ynI_x/?igshid=8x6q01cd431c
