I believe in you! It's okay if you have off days, as long as you're still trying. Nobody is perfect, and nobody always does what's best for their body, but we have to keep trying to be our best!
Thank you, friends! These are very good reminders. Tbh I'm such a perfectionist I could probably beat myself up for not eating enough, while also worrying that I was eating too much--so I really do need to try and have a little self-compassion! I am just now hitting my minimums for the day, and even though it's been uncomfortable and tiring, now I know I can do it!
