Everyone deserves an ear rub at bedtime and Kagome has two hands.
I love the idea of Inuyasha not being alone while he waited for Kagome. Of both he and Kouga working out that they had more in common than just loving their girl, and building a relationship together while they waited for her. Of Kagome returning and realising she had enough love in her heart for both of them.

SesshΕmaru is the most obvious character in IY to interpret as ace, aro or aroace. My teenage self who didn't know they were ace yet fell for him right away because of that (and bc of his androgynous/GNC looks) and started unconsciously writing an asexual romance.
