Fight, fight, fight, push, push and push!What about awareness, understanding, accepting and flowing. It doesn't mean giving up or surrender, it is working intelligently in favour of your body or a situation. I fought and fought, pushed and pushed and played the hero my entire life and although most of the time I succeed, it was at the risk of my health. Of course I didn't know at the time, I want my medals and trophies I I got them, but in order to keep winning I have to put my body through more stress and pain and I did. After all, we should never give up, we should work hard or go home, we should work through pain to get some gains, right? but.... What are you winning and more importantly... What are you loosing? The more important thing in life "Your health" Fight and push, work harder and painfully to reach your goals and get your gains. It is YOUR life, it is YOUR call and you should do what you have to do in order to get what you are after. Just be aware that there is a price to pay. And you will pay it! Just consider working smarter, not harder. You will get your gains and they may even be more sustainable.
