#WhosWhoHumpday Meet Paul and his sidekick Rufus! Paul came to us 6 months ago because he was getting jealous 😜 that his hubbie was looking so damn good after completing the B.E.S.T. Plan (our 12-week program) and he wanted some of that for himself. Anyway we haven't been able to get rid of him since... but seriously, why would we want to?! This is a guy who gets everyone laughing and never takes life too serious... my kinda peeps; and despite a severe lower back injury he keeps getting his ass in here to work on himself. Thanks for all the sillyness @PaulRubenstein... keep it coming!
There are many ways to obtain goals in the world of fitness, each method unique and different. The reason this happens is because there is no single solution for everybody. Each person is different and therefore desire different methods of training geared towards them. It can get daunting to find what works for you especially if you’re a busy person who cannot dedicate much time to fitness. The truth is that many people are short on time and so they need a training method that can both compliment their busy schedules and still provide results. What if I could let you in on a new method of training that can give you both? Introversion is a safe, effective form of strength training, by slowing down the movement you remove a big factor involved with injuries, ballistic momentum. When you remove this factor you increase the work your muscles perform, therefore your workout becomes more efficient and safe. That is why a typical Introversion workout lasts only thirty minutes; you push yourself to the limit much faster by going much slower. Not only is this workout safe and effective, it is also becomes meditative. When you slow down, you can truly get in touch with your body and scan for any tension. The tension you hold in areas not being trained actually rob much needed energy from the muscles being trained, which you need to push yourself to the limit. The limit is where your body is stimulated to build more muscle. Although the limit is where you are stimulated, you don’t build muscle until you rest. In introversion training rest becomes a very important part of your training. Reaching your peak, with increased rest means more muscle, which means you can push yourself further on your next workout, and thus creating a cycle of quick building strength. One of the best parts of introversion training is that anyone can use it. Since the slow lifting protects the body’s joints almost anyone can train even with certain injuries. Suffice to say it is amazing what our bodies can accomplish when we take the time to slow down and look within ourselves. Learn more @ www.humanatease.com/#!introversion-training/c18ax
