Today I dscovered a childrens book that is just wonderful. Sadly the crowd funding campaign for the book is over, but the good news is that the book recived almost double what was needed to have it produced! That only goes to show that the world NEEDS & WANTS these kinds of stories for our children. In my opinion, this book symbolizes a way in which our world is changing in socially progressive ways! That to me is very exciting!
The Author of the book was inspired to write the story for her own son after her father had come out as transgender about three years ago. Everything about their story is inspirational and impactful!
As another sign of progress, Bloomsbury, the publishers of Harry Potter, have decided they want to publish the story World Wide! This is a big deal!!!
I can not wait until this story has made it ways to book stores around the world! I would personally like to purchase a few copies to donate to book drives, schools & libraries in my own community! I think the message of the story is something even adults could appreciate and children will be inspired by!

The book is supposed to be available sometime next year, according to their facebook page. I will certainly be on the lookout for it and let everyone know when I get my first copy!
