Steve has a specific bond with Raven. She’s shrouded in mystery and she continuously tells him that she is too dangerous. Steve is still in love with her and reassures her that he is not afraid. They’ve been together for a few years now, and they spend quite some time apart because of their duties to their respective teams. Steve would rather take things slowly, but he has heavily considered proposing to Raven.

okay, it’s exactly what it looks like, but that didn’t mean starfire couldn’t play it off as if she wasn’t just decorating a broom to look like raven.

He recalled her.  Glad to see her well and about.  "Hey there.  Long time no see.  I hear the Titans have been busy."

"I'd always choose you." Steve smiled shyly, holding his hands behind his back to mimic her stance.

"Raven."
