ok gang i have successfully acquired welfare internet from Xfinity in the seattle area. the process is to apply for "internet Essentials" on the Xfinity website using proof that you are already on some sort of welfare program, i uploaded my Medicaid insurance card. they will approve you in a couple days. when you get the approval email, you probably need to call them on the phone and fight through the phone tree to ask NICELY for the "Getting Started Kit" to be mailed to your house, which is free. they will default you to picking it up at an Xfinity store but you can ask for it to be mailed. this is the router and cables. it costs $10 for unlimited data and 50Mbps. i tested the speed and its legit.
