Hi there. I am a married woman (lesbian) and I am currently exploring and learning more about Judaism and I am considering taking the step to convert (Reform). My partner is supportive of me but she is not Jewish and is not necessarily inclined to want to convert (she's agnostic and not religious at all). Is conversion an idea I should just give up on? Is this something that would completely prohibit me from converting? (I don't want to waste a rabbi's time if this is a dealbreaker).
Given that anon wants to convert Reform, and is asking about whether she’d be able to convert Reform, I think it’s fair to say this post has an FOR of Reform.
