It has been a long time since we last visited the Olympic Pennisula. I remember climbing into a wet sleeping bag in the back of my truck after 16 straight days of rain here. I was so excited to be here in the Revel van and have better shelter from the constant wetness. But this trip has been sunny and dry. We have slept with the rear doors open every night. It’s great to see this place in perfect weather. It’s so pretty and never ceases to surprise us with what is around the next corner. This sea stack was just a stone's throw from our camp. I risked personal injury walking on the wet and extremely slick rocky shore to get into this position as the tide went out. I was rewarded with a glowing horizon and time in a spectacular spot. #famagogo #instascapes #olympicpeninsula @sonyalpha @reallyrightstuff @thinktankphoto (at Olympic Peninsula) https://www.instagram.com/p/Chh_QC0JTtx/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
