My Thoughts: I received this is my Ipsy November 2015 bag. What I love about Ipsy is that they give me brands that I never heard of before and brushes! Who doesn’t love brushes? I can never have too many angle brushes! INSPR Angle Liner Brush has a black on black handle with super silky synthetic bristles. I can use this for eyeliner and on my brows. Works with liquid, gel, cream and powder products. Any texture I get a smooth application. I get a precise lines because the brush is incredibly sturdy.

I first used this on my brows for a long time. It does give my brows a precise brow shape however the challenging part was blending. Using to blend everything together it  is not that great at. It works best with eyeliner I can get the perfect wing with this and thats all I care about. I can easily create thin or thick lines. The brush is easy to clean off. What I love the most is the brush never loses its shape even if I clean it everyday.
