Ingredients:

Ricinus Communis (Castor) Oil: Skin conditioning agent to maintain soft and supple skin.

Cera Alba (Beeswax): Used primarily as an emulsifier.

Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax: Increasing a solution's viscosity, imparting emollience and preventing the oil and water parts of an emulsion from separating. It's usually used to help thicken the oil portion of stick products like lipstick or chapstick, working to give them structure and solidify them. 

Candelilla Wax: Used to protect the skin against moisture loss.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil: Non-volatile, non-fragrant plant oil used as an emollient. Has the ability to help replenish and soothe skin.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter): Acts as a skin conditioning agent and viscosity (thickness) increasing agent. Its function as a dermal conditioner is two fold. Firstly, it helps retain moisture and lessen the loss of water by forming a barrier on the skin's surface. Secondly, it also works to reduce the appearance of rough patches and dry flakes on the skin. It helps keep the intercellular structure of the epidermis intact, and effectively keeps bacteria out, facilitates the skin's healing process, prevents dermal irritation and regenerates the skin.

Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Butter: Natural antioxidants, prevents rancidity, giving it a storage life of two to five years. A pleasant fragrance and emollient properties of cocoa butter have made it a popular ingredient in products for the skin. A treatment of chapped or burned skin and lips, and as a daily moisturizer to prevent dry, itchy skin.

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil: Works as a natural skin emollient, lubricant and cleanser. Has anti-inflammatory and skin soothing properties as well. It helps keep the intercellular structure of the epidermis intact and effectively  keeps bacteria out, facilitates the skin’s healing process, prevents dermal irritation and regenerates the skin.

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil: Emollient oil expressed from coconut kernels, a moisturizing surfactant and emollient.

Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract: Citrus fruit extract used as a skin-conditioner.

Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): Used as an antioxidant and skin conditioner. Enhancing the efficacy of active sunscreen ingredients, reducing the formation of free radicals from exposure to UV rays, promoting the healing process, strengthening the skin's barrier function, protecting the skin barrier's lipid balance, and reducing transepidermal water loss. Attributed with antioxidant, anti-aging, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and enhanced SPF properties.

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut): Emollient oil expressed from coconut kernels, a moisturizing surfactant and emollient.

Titanium Dioxide: An earth mineral used in sunscreens that is capable of blocking both UVA and UVB rays; also used as a pigment. 

Iron Oxides: Pigments are used to enhance colors. 

Mica: A light-diffusing earth mineral; used as a pigment.

My Thoughts: Noyah Deeply In Mauve Lipstick I believe came in one of the first Ipsy bags. It honestly sucked to open up my Ipsy to see a cheap sample lipstick. Its probably one of the ugliest casing samples I have ever received. Its made from the cheapest plastic they could find. Its like the the company is stuck in the 1990’s. I honestly didn’t want to test it because I didn’t have much hope for it. Noyah Deeply In Mauve Lipstick is a semi matte deep berry mauve. Perfect for fall & winter. Its very pigmented even on the first swipe. I can either wear it with one layer which gives me a berry mauve shade or build it up to deep berry mauve.

The texture is very creamy, which made for smooth application. However with chapped lips I found it was hard to cover my lips evenly. Luckily Noyah Deeply In Mauve Lipstick is hydrating it does not dry out my lips. This lipstick had a better staying power than I thought it would. With drinking it stayed on the lips for 4 hours after that leaves behind a stain that last an additional 2 hours. With snacking It lasted for 3 hours and leaves behind a stain for about an hour. But when eating a meal it wipes off and leaves behind a stain that last for an hour tops.

Would I purchase Noyah Deeply In Mauve Lipstick? I think not, solely because the sample design was so poor. Not only does a lipstick have to be great but they have to put some thought into a sample design.
