Today though I was drained, turned out to be a breakthrough session in a few ways and pivotal in others. Today, I twisted completely in my simple twist. Usually, there is a tightness in my sacral area, as if something is pulling back and doesn't want to detox the emotional body. Secondly, for the first time ever I extended my leg absolutely straight while holding my toes while #suptapadangusthasana. Today, my hamstrings did not pull back. There has been a release of some sort, some letting go and even though I am not completely aware, I AM THRILLED!!! During today's session my teeth continuously wanted to clench together, the ego was pulling back and somehow my mind and body and heart were in complete harmony and I did not clench my teeth. I can literally feel my teeth aching to clench but my mouth just doesn't respond. There is no heaviness on the chest anymore. Never force, never rush, allow things to be for a change. Be still and completely present in what you do. It is so worth it. I feel the stillness seeping in, the ego and fears falling like autumn leaves. It is time to let go of the old and allow/welcome the new. Don't rush to the new either, allow it to come to you, like leaves to a tree in the spring. Just sit and breathe, it is truly a blessing!
