My favorite thing I think I've done because of this blog was make it so now I believe that Inspector Fix, Phileas Fogg, and Jean Passepartout all just sort of hang out after the events of the book. Like I know realistically Phileas and Passepartout probably never spoke to Inspector Fix again since he almost made Phileas lose all his money by arresting him due to a false charge, but yet in my head I have them all kind of being friends afterwards like some kind of fucked up found family. I mean they traveled around the world together and my brain wants me to believe that they totally kept in contact and saw each other every day.
