The past couple of weeks have been a slow lesson in becoming aware of my body and my mind. I've been pushing it to it's limits and it's let me know this. But I keep pushing through. My body rebels, my mind dissociated easier than ever before and I am locked in a body that I have not taken care of. Either stress or a food intolerance has caused me to lose weight, working nonstop (think doubles and back to backs with eight hours off occasionally) and general life has had me in a tailspin. I've been in tears thinking of all of the things I have to do and need to plan out and I cry when I realize how tired I am with no true break in sight for at least another week. I'm fighting to regain my Self, to learn what my body is trying to teach me and to remember to find the Pauses. Had a few extra hours off today so I pulled out my beloved copy of #womenwhorunwiththewolves. "The most important thing is to hold on, hold out, for your creative life, for your solitude, for your time to be and do, for your very oife; hold on, for the promise from the wild nature is this: after winter, spring always comes." #sacredpause #sacredspace #prayersup #innerstaroracle #iamsotiredthewordsareblurringtogether
