- it is very dramatic that first meeting with Dustfinger isn’t it?

- Elinor bursting through the door telling Meggie to get away from the case is so funny

- I love Elinors costuming

- i like the soundtrack

- Dramatic Dustfinger entrance is dramatic

- I love Brendan Fraiser as Mo I really do until how he says Basta’s name and then its *tilts hand from side to side* also i like that dedication to him in Inkspell

- Dustfinger setting his fingers on fire and threatening Basta is kind of hot

- Dustfinger picking up the book for Meggie makes me sad

- as a concept I am not mad about tattoos on the people Darius read out but why are they so haphazard? Which makes me wonder when the Illuimanae chronicles by Jay Kristoff came out and were the film makers inspired by that

- I like Meggie asking her dad how does he know Resa is in the book

- don’t talk to me about the little match girl I am still sad about that

- Dustfinger watching Elinor yelling at Capricorn is an aesthetic

- Dusty casting was great

- that is the weirdest way to hold a book... oh he changed it excellent

- juggle night?

- Darius protecting the minotaur

- Roxanne is gorgeous and so is Resa

- ouch poor Resa

- I am just so amused by the people who go into the book and also like what happened to the postman who went into the book

- Elinor is a good and I love her

- I love Jim Broadbent as Fenolglio

- let the hero worship of Dustfinger begin— Farid probably

- Fenolglio just jotting down the idea of the Bluejay the robber when talking to Mo

- “only after my wife gets read out and shes alright” aww but I really dislike film Mos characterisation

- I love Toto he is small dog

- Basta: another Silvertongue? Me: sticks out tongue

- Gwin and Dustfinger communicating is funny

- what even is that bust in Fenolglio’s house it’s terrifying

- Farid swiftly climbing the wall to the roof is great whilst the dads look on like ???

- why are they so sure that Capricorn burned all the books like why are they surprised when they learn he hasn’t?

- the bad guy wondeing if Fenolglio could change things a bit and Fenolglio going hmm

- Toto giving Meggie a bone to bonk basta on the head is great

- Elinor talking to herself is a mood and what she says to herself is also great

*squints* WAIT A MINUTE *quick search later*

I kind of forgot that Sienna played both Arya and Resa (I still like that bit in the Eragon movie companion where she has her horse movie moment and also like she is really freaking pretty)
