How easy is it for Ingrid to lie, and does she lie often? Oh very easily, ever since she found she had magic Ingrid had to lie for most of her life. Tbh it kinda comes as second nature to her, her dad is a pretty scheming guy so it kinda rubbed up on her.

Does Ingrid get jealous easily? If yes, what makes her feel jealous? Most of the time no, she lived comfortably and safely unlike other people (until her betrothal that is then her safety went to hell). Actually, loving parent-child relationship lmao yeah her dad was a cold person so she craves that, and obviously people with no magic.

Has anyone ever betrayed Ingrid? If yes, how has her past affected her ability to trust? Not by her friends thank god or her trust would be thinner than a thread, but she saw her betrothal to Arthur as a betrayal. The whole kingdom knew Uther's view on magic and her father planning to marry her off where she could easily be killed did broke her heart. It's not her past but more the circumstances that affect her ability to trust.

You know what's also interesting? They both have two sides to them. Sylvain hiding his caring nature behind the jaded womanizer and Constance's two personalities

Can you imagine her seeing his intelligence and good heart and him meeting her other self? He learns of her insecurities through the other Constance and treats her much better, takes her research more seriously and helps her and in turn she starts respecting his opinion and actively asking for his help...mmmm good shit

And Ingrid would be interesting too. She wants to make a name for herself outside of her family and Constance wants to reclaim her family name.

What I like about it is that it shows that she's just a person as fallible as anyone

But Ingrid is also a fundamentally good person and is willing to listen and learn. She doesn't like disliking Dedue for his heritage, it almost eats her up inside, and she's very open about it and makes an effort

I think she even says at one point that she doesn't know if she'll ever get over it but she doesn't want that to get between them as comrades and she doesn't let it, though she is surprised Dedue would risk his life for her when she believes she doesn't deserve it from him

Ingrid is a character that shows that even good people can be shitty sometimes and given the chance to, they will try to change themselves for the better

I honestly love Ingrid a lot and people don't give her enough credit.
