This video shows how electromagnetism works. By placing the metal inside a copper coil, an electric current is bouncing around the coil. This will ultimately cause electricity to be generated in the metal piece which generates heat, more than what the metal can accommodate - melting the metal. I recently posted about heat induction forming of aluminium parts. This video by geek.com is a perfect example of that process without the use of a die. 🔋🕯🔨⚗ #inductionforming #induction #coil #magetic #magnetism #electrical #electricalengineering #electronics #electronicengineering #coppercoil #transformer #eddycurrents #engineering_memes #engineeringlovers #engineeringblog #engineeringfirstprinciples #engineer #engineering #engineeringbasics #engineeringmemes #engineeringstudents #technology #innovation Original post by: engineering_first_principle https://www.instagram.com/p/BnHacGwne54/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=nfnj5umtt9lv
