All decked up for our festival #karwachauth 🥰 Today we celebrate an Indian festival 'Karwachauth'. The hindu women observe fast and pray for longevity of husband's life. ⠀ ⠀ The women finish their fast after viewing and praying to the moon god 'chand'. ⠀ ⠀ According to hindu mythology, Goddess Parvati granted life to a dead man when his wailing wife prayed to the Goddess. ⠀ ⠀ The festival celebrates the bond between husband and wife.
