My Indian version of taco. Chicken bits are seasoned with spices (kashmirilal powder, black pepper, salt, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, salt and wee bit of sugar) then added in hot kadai with browning sliced onions in ghee. Add some cumin powder, coriander powder, yellow cherry tomatoes, a tbsp of tomato puree. Sliced green chillies will give this dish a kick and depth of flavour. 🌶️ Indian coleslaw sauce is substituted with creamy yogurt instead of mayonnaise. 🌶️ The crust is flaky tawa paratha. 🌶️ The dish didn't disappoint.
