El apego es la manera en la que aprendemos a vincularnos con los demás y que vamos desarrollando desde muy temprano en la vida por medio de la relación con nuestros padres o las personas que nos cuidan y que ciertamente irán moldeando la forma en que estableceremos contacto con los demás. 

Básicamente la función del apego es generar un vínculo que proporcione seguridad y protección. Hasta ahí todo muy bien, pero ya que las experiencias son las que moldean nuestra habilidad para relacionarnos, no hay una única manera de desarrollar apego. Existen diversas teorías del apego y por lo tanto más de una clasificación, pero en este caso me gustaría detallar la siguiente:

 El apego seguro es la forma ideal de relacionarse y es equivalente a la interacción basada en la confianza, búsqueda de proximidad y que incentiva la exploración con la seguridad en que hay una persona que nos cuida y está cerca para brindar apoyo. Se relaciona directamente con menores índices de ansiedad frente a situaciones nuevas.

 En el apego inseguro evitativo, que surge en cuando el cuidador está ausente, suele ser más frío, insensible o castigador, el niño muestra mayor independencia haciendo notar que no requiere protección ni seguridad, volviéndose a su vez indiferente hacia sus cuidadores y procurando evitar la sensación de rechazo manteniendo un nivel bajo de apego. Como pueden ver, aprenden manejar las emociones y situaciones negativas, alejándose de ellas.

 Por otro lado,  el apego inseguro ambivalente (que no los asuste el nombre rebuscado) es esencialmente el tipo, en el que niño sufre la ausencia de su cuidador y al mismo tiempo no sabe cómo reaccionar cuando está presente, generando altos niveles de ansiedad e irritabilidad. La cuestión es que el cuidador de repente es sensible a ciertas situaciones y frío en otras, de modo que el niño no tiene idea de qué actitud debe adoptar. Esta inconsistencia confunde al grado de dificultar las habilidades de autocontrol.

 Además, puede haber un tipo de apego no resuelto que se relaciona con haber vivido situaciones traumáticas o de pérdida que impiden definir la manera de vincularse. Si alguien puede ampliar este punto se lo agradecería, ya que no encontré información muy desarrollada al respecto.

I think it was Wednesday, minutes before we were dismissed our photography teacher gave us activity to do for our next plate and he instructed us to take one another (1) establishing shot, one (1) street photography and one (1) portrait shot since he was not satisfied with our previous works. Here's the saddest part, I was really running out of ideas on what subject should i shoot and where would would I shoot. I really panicked at that time but then one of my classmate suddenly mention about Plaza Indepedencia and said that she will be taking pictures there for street photography that's why I ask them if I could come with them. Together with my other friends they agreed that we will do our photography project at Plaza Independencia. Moving on, it was already Monday afternoon when we went to Plaza Independencia, the weather is kind of gloomy so we have to move fast and take photo as soon as possible. As soon as we went inside the entrance gate there were already many students who's still in their uniforms practicing some choreography maybe for something school-related.  Then, somewhere behind the park, you can see a lot of boys in their teens dominating the place, carrying skateboards, riding their BMX bikes, and even doing tricks and techniques with poise. Though I was slightly uncomfortable for the large population of males in that place it was actually actually cool watching all those bikers and skateboarders controlling their vehicle with ease, jumping, drifting, rolling or doing whatever you call those tricks was. And if i have to be honest that was my first time watching skateboarding tricks upclose and it was really fun it was as if I'm sitting in the audience seat in a skateboarding competition with all these bikers and skateboarders showing off their skills and talents for free.  It was really fascinating, I was in awe all the time as I take the photos which is a little blurry (I apologize for that) since I focused more with the sight I see in front than in my camera and it is not easy to shoot a moving object. I really took a lot of tries to atleast take a decent picture of this. So, if you have time to spare you can visit the plaza and see all these young boys doing what they're best at, showing off their talent which only a few had; sweating a lot just to perfect their tricks and to improve their skills.
