On July 1, 2017, a service was launched that could revolutionize the lives of the Portuguese: the Online Complaints Book. The classic complaints book, which can be found in any establishment, is now available on the internet.

The project was developed by Linkare, where I was responsible for the design of the interfaces and user experience. It was quite challenging for me and for the whole team given the level of importance and demand of the project, but as is usual at Linkare, the project came to a successful conclusion and on our part it has everything to be a success.
