2018 was a year for learning to love myself as i am and 2019 will be a year for bettering myself
#i say that now#no but really i did just realise this#in 2018 i was like your body is great!! love it. your chronic pain is a fucking bitch but we're accepting it#your brain hates you but love it anyway!! it gives you them smarts i totally have#yOUR WORK YOU PRODUCE IS FINE YOU FUCKHEAD BE HAPPY WITH IT (this was work for school)#you have trouble hearing people and trouble speaking sometimes but you know what you're doing your best it's fine#sometimes people won't like you but that's fine because you like you#oof that was 2018#2019 is we need to improve our focus#we need to look back into affordable therapy because you're struggling again#we need to seek out physiotherapy because your shoulder is only going to get worse#we need to work on eating better and maybe figuring how we can work out around your chronic pain#we need to get better at time management at life management at self-care#and i say self-care as in you can't abuse it. taking a day to yourself? fine. taking too many days? you're using it as an excuse to procrast#inate#(that's me personally)#we need to throw up too oof tummy ain't happy today#but yeah#2018 was my you're a fucking alright person suck it up and acknowledge that#2019 will be you can and will be a fucking better person#holy shit this headache yo crawl back into the hole you came from you weren't there a second ago christ ur strong#oof tummy#ooFF ENTIRE boDY#anyway i'm going to go be miserable again#semi miserable#the nausea and headache comes and goes it's weird#oh yeah i also was like yeah i'm ace in 2018 that's just how it be. that was a big step for me.#i never struggled to come to terms with the fact i'm bi but i did with being ace which was weird but#i got good people around me.#is all okay now
