i felt so called out when i saw the last ask about putting your characters into other universes. thats literally what i was doing earlier lmao. pitch from the golden age that never was, augus, sometimes gwyn. I love putting them in other universes lol

But also, that's not putting your characters with characters from something else that you haven't done? So I feel like it's different.
Like I have sometimes imagined 'fave character from this thing with fave character from this thing' (that's how we get crossovers).
I just can't do it with my characters and 'another thing.' So I can do it with 'my characters and my characters' - (that's how we have Temsen in Underline the Black), and I can do it with 'not my characters and not my characters.'
But I can't do it with my characters and not my characters, lol.
And again, there's nothing wrong with it when people can do it! My brain just doesn't let me make that kind of crossover fun.
