You know I crack myself up watching the playback of the end of the Cize workout...I have too much fun doing cardio now. I just tell myself I'm training for my next job as an entertainer. I have to get my dance moves in line and my cardio up so I can slay the competition otherwise I'll have to rely on my sugamama and ain't nobody got time for that. I won't post my whole sick routine but this is just to show everyone out there that you can do it because I can. I will burn this last bit of fluffiness away that I thought I needed for the winter but then I decided I'll just wear more clothes 😜.
